This tab is only available for orders that have been issued and received. After the stores have received the transfer orders and uploaded the information to Headquarters, you can use the Match tab to identify what each store has transferred out and/or received. Status of quantity discrepancies: Use this field to track progress as you investigate discrepancies between issued and received quantities.

When you want to close out the batch, you should run a Z report, which totals out the batch. The warning/error you are seeing is just letting you know that this batch has already had this information put in. I would think that a good way to do this would be to enter your opening amounts when a cashier first starts using the till (for the batch) and then run the closing totals right before running the Z report. As this is your store's processes it is ultimately your decision on the best way to run the opening totals, closing totals, and Z report.
