Craig Tablet Drivers

Hello after try to format the tablet, there was a error and i cant advance for the recovery mode, so i decide to re formart. After install the new SO (win 10 again) and start it I loose the touch fuction, sound, battery icon and video. I try to contac with the page of Icraig but they say me: 'We do not have drivers, we handle the hardware not the software.'

That was frustrating so i try to find by my own way without success, I already try with driverpack solution, restore the default values of bios and nothing. The last thing i remember in the bios it say win 8.1 and after i will format. So idk what to do now, it´s my first time with win tablet.

Hi Kasamiko, REX 2011 posted this reply to a February query about the same problem, hope it helps you! ' It's not difficult to connect Craig to PC. Oshibki kompjutera reno premium 2. Here's how: • make sure Craig is powered up • connect short USB cord that came with tablet to Craig • connect other end to PC • go to 'settings' in the Craig -- scroll down to USB Host Mode and turn OFF 'USB host' mode (in other words, 'un-click' the option so green check mark goes away) • you will now see that your Craig presents a message asking to turn on USB connection -- do that • on your PC go to the root folder of your Craig • from here you can delete downloads you may no longer need, drag new stuff from the PC to the Craig 'downloads' folder for use on the tablet, etc. • when you are done tell the Craig to turn off the USB connection • unplug cord This is also covered in the manual that came with the Craig in the event you need to see the steps again.'
